Flange Former

Flange Former for fabricating flanges on rigid tubing.

SPS Flange Former allows complete portability to produce sanitary Tri-Clamps*/flanges at any location in the plant. These components complement or replace stainless steel, glass or industrial plastic piping systems. Rigid sanitary tubing features smooth bore construction, assuring smooth product flow and no crevices.

SPS Flange Former Systems are used with:
  • PVDF
  • ECTFE
  • Polypropylene
  • High-density polyethylene, and
  • Clear PVC tubing in diameters ranging from 3/4 through 2-inch (19.0- through 50.8-mm) sizes. Sanitary Flanges will not corrode, pit or rust. They meet or exceed food-grade, USP Class VI, USDA and 3A standards.

Creating Flanges with the Flange Former

Set up the Flange Former for the specified material.

Cut tubing to desired length.

Place the snap ring on the tubing.
